Why it matters
In healthcare, a new patient’s decision is largely about trust: who will treat me, what is the place like, what will I find when I walk through the door. Photos are the only way to answer that before the first appointment. A refurbished clinic still showing pictures from eight years ago — or worse, showing stock imagery — is wasting its strongest argument.
We photograph what can properly be photographed: reception and waiting area, empty treatment rooms, equipment, and portraits of the professional team. The session is scheduled outside patient hours, or in slots when the areas are clear, so no identifiable patient ever appears in an image. If material you want to publish does involve a patient, that requires their explicit written consent and the clinic handles it — we never assume it is covered.
We deliver the selected, edited images organised by use: vertical for social, horizontal for the website, and specific shots for the Google profile, which is where they get looked at most. Nothing needs cropping or reframing before you publish.

Frequently asked questions
Do you photograph patients?
Not by default. The session is planned without patients. Any image featuring a patient requires their explicit written consent, and the clinic handles that.
Does the clinic have to close during the session?
Not necessarily. We usually work during quieter slots or at closing time, coordinating with your diary.
Can you shoot video as well?
Yes, video or short social pieces can be added to the same session.
Are the photos usable on the Google profile?
Yes. We deliver specific shots with the framing and format Google uses on the profile and in Maps.
